Don’t be fooled by the “Chat” icon on their page as it just directs you to another page much like the contact us page.
On the other hand, if you want your questions answered in the quickest time frame possible the best thing would be to send an email, typically you can expect a reply in just a couple of hours.
Needless to say, they have a comprehensive Help Centre that has dozens of articles that will help you with everything from Getting Started to Installation to Account Management. There are even tons of video tutorials that will help you every step of the way. They also have a list of 20+ frequently asked questions just in case you don’t find your answer in the Help Centre.

When it comes to pricing Crazy Egg is pretty reasonable. They are so confident in the service that they offer an outstanding 30-day free trial! Who can argue that this is ample time to test the entire platform and see if it’s to your likings. The only downfall about this free trial is that in order to take advantage of it you need to input a credit card.
The plans offered by Crazy Egg are pretty simple and straightforward.

The Standard plan starts at $49 per month.
The Plus plan starts at $99 per month.
The Pro plan starts at $249 per month.
All plans come equipped with unlimited A/B Split Testing and edits and websites. But you are limited to the number of page views, number of recordings allowed per month, and the length of the recording storage. It’s also key to note that all plans are billed annually.
