Customer Support
Customer support is a huge determining factor for me when I’m buying any online software. In fact, if the platform doesn’t have a solid customer support team I always look the other way.
At Ninja Forms, they offer pretty comprehensive customer support. From the looks of it they offer mainly ticket and email support. This customer support is available Monday – Friday, through 9 am – 4 pm Est.
They also offer a wide variety of documentation that is packed with articles that will help you improve your experience with Ninja Forms. It has everything from “Getting Started” to “Troubleshooting Email Problems”.
I also like how the articles in the documentation were laid out. I am a visual learner so having the images with clear instructions was a pleasant surprise.
Also if you are a developer you can take full advantage of the developer API documentation for a wide range of information when it comes to developing on Ninja Forms.
You should also keep in mind that if you are a paid customer then the response time for your problems will be faster than if you are on the free plan.
Ninja Forms Pros and Cons
Like every other software platform, Ninja Form has its fair share of pros and cons. Here are a few pros and cons of Ninja Forms.

Ninja Forms Review: Is It Worth It?
The short answer is yes.
Ninja Forms is perfect regardless of if you are a complete beginner or you are a seasoned veteran at coding. Making an all-around great form building tool.
My favorite part has to be the access you get to the wide range of add-ons that you can take advantage of and add to your convenience.
My only concern would be the limited customer support, however, given the user-friendly nature of the platform, I’m pretty confident that you will find your way around the platform in no time!
